Multichrome November: China Glaze - Deviantly Darling

China Glaze - Deviantly Darling is a lovely metallic multichrome in green-blue-turquoise. It came out as part of the China Glaze Bohemian Collection last year. I ordered just this one from the collection a while ago, and it's actually the first time I used it. The others in the collection are pretty as well but I love teal & turquoise so this had to be mine :). I applied 2 coats for full coverage. 

On the last 2 pictures I added this gold design from DRK-A stamping plate. I used Barry M - Gold Foil for the stamping. I'm not loving this combo, but it's ok, I guess. I preffered the polish on it's own :) Or a design simillar to the one I stamped over the Catrice polish I just reviewed.

China Glaze - Deviantly Darling הוא מולטיכרומי מקסים בגוונים ירוק-כחול-טורקיז. הוא יצא כחלק מקולקציית ה-Bohemian של צ'יינה גלייז שנה שעברה. הזמנתי רק את הלק הזה מתוך הקולקצייה כבר לפני זמן מה, ורק כעת יצא לי להשתמש בו לראשונה. למיטב זכרוני הזמנתי אותו מהמוכר הזה באיביי. הגוונים הנוספים בקולקצייה גם כן מאוד יפים, אבל האהבה שלי לטורקיז גברה על הכל והייתי חייבת לרכוש אותו :). בתמונות מרחתי 2 שכבות לקבלת אטימות מלאה. 

כדי לשדרג טיפה את המניקור, החתמתי דוגמא מדיסקית DRK-A, בעזרת הלק Barry M - Gold Foil. אני לא מתה על התוצאה למען האמת, הטורקיז והזהב לא נראים הכי טוב ביחד כמו שדמיינתי, אבל סכ"ה העיצוב בסדר. העדפתי את הלק לבדו. או עם עיצוב דומה לעיצוב עם הלק של catrice שסקרתי לפני 2 פוסטים.

31DC2013 Day 30 - Inspired by a Tutorial: Waterfall

Well, you all know the waterfall manicure that was first introduces to us by The Nailasaurus.
And since the tutorial, I wanted to try this manicure. I chose Turquoise, cos I love this color and I have lots of it!

The base is - Essence 146 - That's what I mint! I applied 2 coats of this one :) Then, used the following colors: Wet n' Wild - Miami Spirit, Sinful Colors - Savage, China Glaze - Deviantly Darling & China Glaze - Too Yacht to Handle.

31DC2013 Day 12 - Stripes

So, after yesterday's design that I didn't really like, today's design I love! :) 

I love the way this came out, the colors, the angles. Ans this is my first time doing something like this! 

I was really long I must admit, but the result is stunning so it's worth it. 

The base color is KIKO 345, a dirty light mint green with a cream finish that I adore. This is such an amazing shade. Can't wait to use it again. I applies 2 coats and waited for it to dry completely. 

Then I placed striping tape on each finger, applied one thick coat of the gorgeous (!!) A-England - St. George, and quickly pealed the striping tape. After cleaning, I applied a top coat - Essie good to go.

Turquoise Half Moon

This is my second time doing a half moon design. I liked the metallic\chrome\shimmer polish over a cream one concept as I did in my half moon design before, so I basically went for the same look just in different colors. 

The base polish is Essence 146 - That's what I mint!. This polish seems harmless but I was really disappointed from it. I applied two layers and waited for them to dry, and they actually peeled off with the sticker that I used to create the half moon shape with. Maybe it would be good for stamping or other designs but not for half moon or design with striping tape. 

The gorgeous due-chrome on top is P2 890 - Lost on Paradise. Great color, but this one also has a downside as you can really see the brush strokes on it. It's not to bad, but it would probably looks better as a base color. I applied one thick coat of this one.

זה הניסיון השני שלי עם עיצוב חצי ירח. ממש אהבתי את הקונספט של לק מטאלי\שימרי מעל צבע קרמי, אז הלכתי בעיקר על אותו מראה שעשיתי בפעם הקודמת, פשוט עם צבעים אחרים. 

הלק בסיס הוא Essence 146 - That's what I mint!, לק קרמי בגוון מנטה פסטלי, שנראה בלתי מזיק וחמוד מאוד אך אני מאוד התאכזבתי ממנו. מרחתי 2 שכבות שלו, וחיכיתי זמן סביר עד שיתייבש, והוא פשוט התקלף לי ביחד עם המדבקה שיצאה את האפקט חצי ירח. אולי הוא יהיה מוצלח יותר כבסיס להחתמה, אבל ממש לא ממליצה להשתמש בו לעיצוב כזה, או עם סלוטייפ דק. 

הלק המהמם שמעל הוא P2 890 - Lost on Paradise, לק דואוכרומי כחול ירוק. גם לו יש חיסרון מכיוון שיחסית בולטים איתו סימני המברשת. זה לא מאוד בולט, אבל אני מניחה שהוא יהיה מוצלח יותר כלק בסיס. מרחתי שכבה אחת עבה שלו מעל הלק מנטה.

Teal Glitter Gradient with GlitterBunny ^^

Today I present you one of my favourite polishes :) Don't be such a guppy - GlitterBunny, is an amazing teal glitter, with square, med-hexagon and large hexagon teal glitters, and micro teal glitters which are a bit holographic. These tiny holo glitters is what makes it so special is my opinion, magical. 

As a base, I applied 2 coats of MUA - Pistachio Ice Cream, that I adore. I have it in the old version of the bottles, and I can't wait to try the new bottles, they look as they might be easier to use. 

On the ring finger I added the flower stamp from BM-313 plate, using KIKO 625 that I used quit recently.

היום אציג בפניכם את אחד הלקים שאני יותר אוהבת באוסף :) Don't be such a guppy - GlitterBunny, הוא גליטר בצבע טורקיז, שמכיל גליטרים מרובעים, משושים גודלים ובינוניים. בנוסף מכיל מיקרו גליטרים טורקיזים שהם מעט הולוגרפיים. לדעתי הגליטרים הקטנים הללו זה מה שהופך את הלק לכה מיוחד וקסום. 

כבסיס, מרחתי 2 שכבות של MUA - Pistachio Ice Cream, חייבת לציין שאני מאוהבת בגוון הזה. יש לי את הגרסא הישנה של הבקבוקים שלהם, ואני מחכה להזדמנות לנסות את הבקבוקים החדשים, שנראים מהתמונות הרבה יותר נוחים לשימוש. 

בקמיצה, הוספתי פרח מדיסקית BM-313, והחתמתי עם לק של קיקו מס' 625, שכבר השתמשתי בו ממש לאחרונה בעיצוב דומה למען האמת :) 

ואם כבר בקיקו עסקנו, שמעתי לאחרונה שמועה על כך שעד סוף השנה תהיה אפשרות להזמין לקים שלהם לארץ, ואולי אף חנות, אחת מן האפשרויות. הלוואי שזה יתברר כאמת ולא יישאר בגדר שמועה!! :) 

אז מה, האם אתן מאוהבות בלק המהמם הזה כמוני?. תודה שביקרתן :) 

China Glaze Deviantly Darling over KIKO 345

Sorry for the boring title :) I must admit I didn't have any inspiration at all this week regarding what manicure to do, so I just picked whatever I felt like at the moment and this is the result.

I used KIKO 345 as a base. As you may have noticed I use KIKO polishes A LOT lately, I just lover their colors and the formula! I highly recommend them. For stamping I used Bundle-Moster plate BM322, with China Glaze - Deviantly Darling from their Bohemian Collection. I must do another manicure using it as a base though, I don't feel it got the stage it deserves :)

טוב, אז השבוע הייתי חסרת השראה לחלוטין באשר לאיזה לק למרוח ומה להחתים וכו'. לא היו לי רעיונות, ואני מודה שאני מחכה לכמה חבילות והעיכוב המשמעותי שלהן מבאס. אז פשוט זרמתי, ובחרתי סתם מה שנראה לי נחמד ושיכול ללכת טוב ביחד באותו רגע וזה מה שייצא. אני דיי מרוצה סכ"ה מהתוצאה, אבל ככה, בוא נאמר שזה לא מניקור מהלב :). 

השתמשתי בKIKO 345 כבסיס. אני מתה על הלקים של קיקו, הפורמולה נוחה מאוד לעבודה, והצבעים נהדרים! אני ממליצה בחום למי שיוצא לה להיות באירופה לבדוק באתר שלהם אם יש חנות בסביבה. בכל מקרה, לחותמת השתמשתי בדיסקית BM322, בלק Deviantly Darling של צ'יינה גלייז. הוא מקולקציית Bohemian שלהם, שהוא היחיד שממש אהבתי משם. וגם אותו לקח לי זמן להזמין :) 

מקווה שאהבתן את העיצוב, במידה וכן אשמח אם תצטרפו כעוקבות :) 

My weekend nail design (second attempt with stamping)

This is only my second attempt with stamping, as you can see I still have what to improve. But the most important thing is to keep trying right? :)
I also tried to use other stamps - like the ones that cover the whole nail but for some reason I didn't manage to put the polish on the stamp. with the same polish on another disc it worked. Could the problem be with the disc? Did something like that ever happened to you?

זהו רק הניסיון השני שלי בהחתמות, וניתן לראות בתמונות שעוד יש מה לשפר. אבל הכי חשוב זה להמשיך להתאמן לא? בסוף זה ייצא טוב! :) 

ניסיתי גם עם דיסקית אחרת בהתחלה להחתים, עם עיצוב שמכסה את כל הציפורן אבל לא הצלחתי להעביר את הלק לחותמת, לא משנה כמה פעמים ניסיתי. ועם אותו לק (שמיועד להחתמות) הצלחתי להחתים מצוין עם דיסקית אחרת. משהו כזה קרה לכן? האם הבעיה היא בדיסקית?.
